Seriously, this browser might be a little faster than internet-any-slower-would-be-going-backwards-explorer but its slow and bug-infested enough to drive me up the wall while kicking the whole PC out of the window in the process. Seriously, every 3 seconds it jams up, andI have to click links a million times before the hand cursor appears, OMG.

Of course I'd also like to rant a bit about English universities and their ridiculous application procedures, but I'm too exhausted by all their *insert extremely rude swearword here* bureaucracy to be bothered. As I'm filling in the application, I'm like, "seriously? this is none of your *****ing business, whether or not I'm an international student." This feels like being in a courtroom. I hope a member of university staff doesn't chance upon my journal. I'd probably get blacklisted.

So...I'm back from Aldiana Zypern, German hotel, and it was totally and absolutely awesome. I love that place. Firstly I got to practice my German which has gone rusty since my trip last year to Austria. The room complex is a labyrinth, they have a spa with the most amazing hot-stone massage, sports (beach volley, table tennis, aerobics, yoga, you name it...), and of course the sea where I went every morning at 6 am. Swimming at sunrise is AMAZING. Way beyond the buoys, of course, I like deepness. No point of going in the water if your feet are going to touch the ground, right? Had to duck away from a fishing boat or two though.
Well, now I'm all fit and finally tanned, which is great because before I walked around looking like something out of Interview with the Vampire or Edward Cullen's ex-girlfriend Tanya or something. The sun caught my hair making me blond in the extreme. .

And...woah, today I watched The Gladiator. Man that was awesome, I couldn't believe I hadn't watched this movie earlier. And the boy who plays Commodus' nephew, isn't he the one who played the Justin kid in Last House on the Left. He has to be, the resemblance is too strong, and he could have grown in the intervening years, who knows. Why am I even wondering, I have google right there...
Commodus is an a$$hole, but Joaquin Phoenix is pure hotness in hot roman emperor uniform. But I was happy he got owned at the end. Gladiator=supreme awesomeness. Soundtrack=uber-supreme awesomeness.

I went to see HP & the Half blood prince yesterday. I think it's the best one so far, I cried at the end (as usual...), and I loved the part [spoiler!] where they raise their wands at the end.[/spoiler ends]. But I was still disappointed they missed out the Scrimegour-Harry conversation, and the conversation with the Dursleys at the beginning, as well as the Prime Minister stuff, not to mention the part he finds out Snape had overheard the prophecy. I hate it when they butcher the films, but, overall, it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be.

I finally got hold of my Manhattan drawing tablet, and I can finally start decent work after spending the year working with a MOUSE. I also got back my laptop, with all my CSS work on it, so I can renew that too. A relief...
